Job Description •
Prepares drafts (Thai & English) of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters •
Reviews contracts (Thai & English), agreement and other legal related document to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantages under laws and regulations applied •
Provides legal advises and consultancy to company •
Supports all functions for corporate legal service •
Ensures compliance with all related regulations. •
Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, ballots, shareholders and related memoranda •
Performs duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• 1. Age 27 to 35, male or female
• 2. Minimum of Bachelor degree in law or any related field
• 3. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in law or legal area
• 4. Good Command in English & Computer literacy
• 5. Good personality and communication skills.
• 6. Knowledge hard working and willingness to learn,
