Provide legal advice and assess regulatory related risks in association with the existing and
new products, services or any other business initiatives which are strictly governed by the
regulators (e.g., Bank of Thailand)
Oversight and monitor ongoing business activities so as to ensure that the business units
have developed and adopted appropriate legal risk mitigation measures
Conduct regulatory compliance training program for employees
Create and regularly update the regulatory related compliance policies, procedures or
guidelines (if necessary).
Business Ethic Matters
Assisting the Team in communicating all business ethic to AIS Group employees and other
stakeholders
Assisting the Team in creating communication contents and organizing activities so as to
build business ethic awareness in the organization either via online or offline channels
Assisting the Team in organizing Ethic Committee meetings, preparing agenda and papers
including minute taking.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law or related fields.
Skill in Public Communication.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
