1. Controlling:
1)Journal Vouchers Checking &Posting for PAC_QD EP entities in JDE.
2)Follow the Month end closing process to ensure the accuracy and reliable of information and meet deadline
3) Ensure COA(Chart of Account) of nVent Corporate can be followed in finance activities.
4)Ensure DOA (Delegation of authority) compliance, review payment and ensure payment policy and procedure compliance
5)Manage properties list, update and tracking status
6)Ensure monthly reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts
7)Data reconciliation among various financial reports and solve the discrepancy when it is needed (such as SOMB)
8)Tax and duty report as required, Ensure statutory and tax compliance, and export VAT refund timely
9)Work closely with operation team, and lead internal process improvement when it is needed
10)Proactively participate ERP upgrade/implementation, drive waste walk and process digitalization with operation team
11)Co-ordinate nVent internal audit and independent external audit and government tax auditors on all accounting matters and ensure implementation of audit recommendations
2. ISC Finance
1)Annual business planning preparation, quarterly X+Y forecast preparation, data uploading, and review with nVent segment finance team
2)Annual standard cost renewal per nVent Policy, ERP variance review – PPV/LOH variance, MUV, etc..
3)Supervise inventory counting process and report, RCCM tracking for significant variance
4)Inventory Excess and obsolete item review and tracking with operation team to minimize the E&O loss.
5)Monthly finance report and Plant score card review with nVent ISC leadership
6)Provide strong business partner support to Plant manager to improve business profitability

2)Manage the effective and efficiency of finance team
