JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Concierge
Reports To: Building Manager
Supervisor: Building Manager/Asst. Building Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manage the front desk and lobby area
- Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness
- Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed
- Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality
- Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests
- Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies
- Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
- Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality (Male/Female) Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent
- 1+ years’ of concierge experience in hospitality (essential)
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
- Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
- Customer service-minded
- Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)
- Proficiency of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - not afraid of using new technologies
- Required to work flexible hours including after hours or weekends
- Well-organized with strong attention to details
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner
- Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction
