Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cluster Assistant Sales Manager (Wholesale, MICE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other relevant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 35 tele-calls per day to promote STAY, CASABAY, and Stay On Board, with the goal of securing contracts.
- Send follow-up emails based on the results of initial calls.
- Conduct research and add new Travel Agents / Tour Operators / DMCs / Real Estate Agents to expand the partner database.
- Schedule and coordinate hotel and villa inspections for partners.
- Issue and renew contract rates for STAY, CASABAY, and Stay On Board
- Provide a weekly tele-call report summarizing performance and progress.
- Respond to all inquiries related to MICE (if any).
- Handle all inquiries and issue BEO for Stay On Board.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales 1-2 years, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team to meet daily targets.
