Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management
- Review and process health insurance claims based on policy terms and conditions.
- Ensure all claims are handled within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Verify supporting documentation and flag any inconsistencies for further review.
- Contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of claims assessment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues and improve claim workflows.
- Process refund requests from students, agents, and universities.
- Validate member eligibility and review submitted documents in accordance with company policy.
- Update records in the system with high attention to detail.
- Track the refund process to ensure timely completion and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to policy services.
- Open to new graduates—training will be provided!
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare, Business, or related is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good English skill (TOEIC 700+ is highly preferred)
- Prior experience in insurance, claims, or back-office admin is a bonus—but not required.
