JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1. Educate customer to use company service, product and promote relate campaign to customers through visitation and other channels (Tel, E-mail)
- 2. Be contact person for allocated customers, solve the barrier during purchasing process both inbound and outbound, including customer system operation if necessary
- 3. Coordinate with product team to fulfill customer request in term of lead time, price, product info etc.
- 4. Research the movements of customers, markets, competitors and consider action plan to expand market and market share among the assigned customer groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Bachelor degree with 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineer or other related field
- 2. Good command in Chiness languages (Mandarin), native level or business level.
- 3. Have good communication skill such as voice and emotion management, good interpersonal skill
- 4. Have service mind and responsibility
- 5. Have knowledge and/or experience with industrial products, industrial customers
- 6. Can write and read English for the internal communication and reporting
- 7. Outstanding sales background, especially for B2B business
- 8. Experience in industrial product (as user, seller, education, etc).
