The Administrative Generalist I, will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related to customer requests, inventory and provision management, logistics and security procedures. Key Accountabilities
Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.
Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.
Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.
Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times
Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.
Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications
Computer literate with experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications
