DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze internal and external business data to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve business performance across Product, Service, Commercial, and Customer Development areas.
- Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Development to align data insights with business goals and initiatives.
- Design frameworks and processes for collecting and utilizing business data effectively to support strategic decision-making.
- Create actionable business insights and recommendations based on data analysis, including customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategies, and service improvements.
- Monitor key business metrics, set KPIs, and develop performance dashboards (basic level; no need for advanced BI tools).
- Identify gaps and opportunities in current business processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support management in strategic planning, business reviews, and new initiatives using data-backed evidence.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security within the scope of strategic data usage (focus on conceptual data governance, not system admin level).
- Stay updated on market intelligence and industry trends to enrich strategic proposals and business development efforts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect data insights to broader business opportunities.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with conceptual dashboards or simple reporting (no coding or SQL required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible, proactive, and self-driven to explore and initiate new ideas aligned with business growth.
- Comfortable interpreting data and presenting it in business-friendly language for decision-makers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience at least 3 years in a Business Intelligence or related role
