Fastship is looking for a Business Development Manager for Partnership & Channel program to lead new client acquisition and channel partner development, resulting in revenue growth, through strategic partnerships and advocates in the international e-commerce ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and managing B2B partner networks to drive scalable business growth.

What you will handle:
- Identify and evaluate new B2B partnership opportunities and channels (e.g., e-commerce platforms, logistics aggregators, marketplaces, payment gateways, fulfillment providers).
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive new customers acquisition, channel growth, and brand visibility.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development: outreach, negotiation, contract, internal coordination, and relationship management.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, & sales) to ensure success of marketing initiatives and partnership programs. Provide insights and partner analysis for possible improvements.
- Monitor and analyze performance of partnership channels and campaigns; provide recommendations for optimization.
- Represent Fastship in networking events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
- Build long-term relationships that support Fastship’s vision of becoming a leading international e-commerce solution for Thai businesses.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or partnerships management.
- Experience, network, or connection in international e-commerce ecosystem, such as platform, payment, fulfillment, shipping will be a big plus
- Strong understanding of B2B business models and ecosystem partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Thai and English.
- Proven ability to manage projects, pipelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach and goal orientation.
- The existing network in the Thai e-commerce/logistics/SME community is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
