Key Purpose of this position:
Preferable Thai national
To oversee the overall operations of Breakfast (specialising in Japanese souffle pancake menu, with crepe and traditional pancakes) including the preparation of related cuisine to meet the highest culinary standards as set by the owner. The position is also required to provide training, supervising, and developing staff to provide cooking for morning/lunch service (mostly pancakes, crepes, sweets and small breakfast / lunch items for display)
Responsibilities:
· Cook according to the specifications and cooks adhere to the recipes
· Check all food preparation and presentation is in accordance with the highest culinary standard established by the Company and with airlines’ specifications.
· Ensure kitchen practice is under safety and hygienic rule, including production and food storage areas, kitchen equipment and food-handling methods, according to the company’s health and safety regulations.
· Check and follow up on HACCP forms / requirements.
· Advise and propose to the owner new ideas, and menue arrangment.
· Report to the Priory CO owner, Stuart.
Qualification:
· Culinary certified or at least diploma education graduated.
· At least 2 years of breakfast preparation in cafe/restaurant or Hotel industry.
· Familiar with performing mass/ manufactured food preparation under Hygienic & Food Safety Standard including Productivity Improvement.
· Have leadership ability in orders to supervise and develop Thai staffs.
· Able to communicate in English and Thai.
· A successful candidate is able work in Phratamnak Pattaya.

Pay: ฿15,000.00 - ฿20,000.00 per month
