Define and articulate brand positioning, core messaging, visual identity, and voice across all touchpoints.
Lead market research and audience insights gathering to identify new opportunities and inform brand evolution.
Continuously monitor brand performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt and innovate brand strategies.
Act as the primary guardian of the brand, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all internal and external communications, products, services, and marketing materials (digital and physical).
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of all brand assets, including logos, style guides, templates, photography, and video libraries.
Provide strategic art direction and creative oversight for all visual brand executions, ensuring consistent aesthetic quality and adherence to brand identity. This includes guiding the development of creative concepts, visual styles, photography direction, and graphic design elements.
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams (e.g., designers, videographers) and external agencies to translate brand strategy into compelling and on-brand visual experiences.
Develop compelling brand stories and narratives that engage audiences and build brand equity, with a keen eye on their visual representation.
Drive the creation and execution of high-performing creative assets, providing clear art direction to ensure they are both visually impactful and on-brand.
Establish, track, and analyze key brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, perception, preference, engagement).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with a strong portfolio of successful brand initiatives.
Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies.
Highly preferable to have the ability to execute basic to intermediate graphic design tasks, including proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
