Job Description:
Perform overall administrative, clerical, and secretarial tasks, including copying, scanning, filing documents and other assignments as requested by teams, including the following tasks:
Coordinating contact and communication with internal teams and external parties (e.g. auditors, shipping companies, freight forwarders), including authorities, (e.g. BOI, Customs Department, EGAT, DBD, FBAD), with good relationship maintained to fulfill as much as information to complete the tasks, including:
BOI: gather information and prepare documents for BOI application and approval, submissions of required reports and notifications and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements, import tax refund and corporate income tax exemption with papers and through BOI online systems and ensure that all company projects are run in compliance with BOI regulation.
Import Duty Exemption: Collect necessary documents and coordinate with BOI and the Customs Department to apply for import duty exemption on machinery.
CIT Exemption Claims: coordinate with external auditors to certify the required documentation and reports for the purpose of obtaining corporate income tax (CIT) exemption privileges. Additionally, prepare and submit the CIT exemption application to the BOI and monitor the process until the approval is received.
Project Reporting: submit project progress reports and annual operation reports to BOI within the required timelines.
Regulatory Compliance: monitor and ensure compliance with current BOI rules, regulations, and announcements.
Operation Commencement & ISO Reporting: submit operation forms and related ISO documentation to BOI.
FBC Application: prepare and submit required documents for Foreign Business Certificate (FBC) issuance.
Project Amendment Handling: manage procedures related to business transfers, project amendments, and reduction of registered capital.
Other BOI-Related Tasks: Handle any other ad hoc tasks relevant to the company’s BOI-promoted activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or a related field
At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences (preferably, possess basic accounting, legal and BOI
Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
Good command and communication skills in Thai and English
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point and MS Outlook) including Adobe PDF
Fast response yet maintaining quality output
Excellent organization, problem-solving and management skills with result- oriented and attention to details and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude with service minded and nice
Able to work as part of a team
Able to adapt to changing priorities and demands
