- Daily Monitor & Notify Capacity
- Solving Problem with Increase capacity Install & MA/Maintain to Keep SLA
- Update Capacity& Utilzation History on Tableau
- Forecast Installtion and Co-work with Subcontrct
- Daily Monitor & Notify Capacity
- Procurement of technicians
- Prepare sufficient capacity /Maintain Util >100% (4 Slot/team)/Solving Problem
- Plan Resource by project etc Campaign,NW,installation.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably working IT admistrtor / IT support
- Be able to use Office 365, Basic data analysis
- Good problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
- Can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
