Closely communicate with customers to get essential market information to take prompt action, and analyze the market in order to recommend/suggest improvement and get better sales.
Collect, analyze, and report market information and sales for management approval & for own & team understanding.
Keep updating and collecting new regulations or market information affected by company business.
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Management or a related field 2-4 Years experience in Import/Export.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and vendors in different countriesand cultures.
Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Understanding of customs compliance and trade compliance regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience.
Good English communication in writing and speaking, including report writing skills. (Refer to TOEIC 550 score).
