Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide guidance and lead team to support customer and internal stakeholders on export processes, documentation requirements, pricing requirements and international export regulations.
- Coordinate and Review documents for customs of export shipment / export activities, customs compliance, and logistics coordination solve the problems during the process. Ensure the transportation finishes smoothly.
- Review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our products, and services.
- Handle complicated customer cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and production, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs laws, and export procedures Inspection illegal goods , Prohibited items, Restricted items.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Logistic
- Experience 3-5 years in Logistics or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skill and experience in process improvement is preferred
- Experience of logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and international shipping processes coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Logistics, import and export process, customs regulations, and HS code.
- Able to work at our warehouse located in Chaengwattana 38
- Able to work on Saturday 2 times per month
- Must be able to work at our warehouse located at: Moo 4, Soi Chaeng Watthana 38, Chaeng Watthana Road 📍 Google Maps
- Must also be able to commute to our HQ, located near: Pink Line MRT: Chaeng Watthana 14 Station (Exit on the Big C side) 📍 Map
