Job Summary:
- Manage IT outsourcing vendors and ensure services are delivered according to SLAs.
- Oversee IT Service Management and IT Operations to ensure efficiency and stability.
- Manage IT contracts and control expenses in alignment with the approved budget.
- Support the enhancement of IT infrastructure in line with organizational strategies and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- IT Operations & Support – Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability and availability.
- Project Management – Plan, coordinate, and monitor Cloud and Infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Incident Management – Handle and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Client & Server Management – Manage servers, endpoints, and network systems to ensure security and performance.
- Infrastructure & System Management – Plan, manage, and enhance IT infrastructure, including Cloud, Virtualization, and Networking systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Virtual Machines, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Networking.
- Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and task prioritization.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management best practices.
- Service-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP Certification, or VMware Certified Professional are advantageous.
