You will provide training on clinical applications for customers both on-site and remotely to ensure customer is well prepared to obtain training that will enable them to operate their Varian Medical System equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction.
You will assist in managing the customer’s clinical expectations.
You will provide competitive product performance information for headquarters, marketing or engineering groups.
You will coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training courses.
You will conduct large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
You will provide demo support for local, regional, and national customer trade events.
You will formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides.
You will work with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations.
Applicable to the Oncology Systems business only: Position must have full access to VMS client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
You will perform all required applications specialist responsibilities including but not limited to: creating and maintaining formal customer training support documents; designing and overseeing the initial and ongoing trainings for Clinical Applications Specialists, as well as, continued training for new product releases.
You will perform other duties as assigned by Country Manager and/or Applications Manager.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
You hold a master’s degree in medical physics and have minimum2 years of Radiation Oncology experience.
You possess clinical understanding of the processes in radiation oncology department.
You have excellent interpersonal skills.
You have exemplary communication skills in English and Thai (listening, verbal, written).
You are adaptable, positive and open to new ideas and/or situations.
You are highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
You are an enthusiastic learner who is eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
You have clinical experience with Radiation Oncology Information System (Aria OIS/ Mosiaq OIS) and knowledge of Varian Products in Treatment Machines, Monitoring and Tracking Systems (TrueBeam, Halcyon, RGSC), etc.
You have knowledge in radiation oncology workflow management.
You are experienced in the usage of remote training tools (i.e. Teams, Zoom, virtual classroom) and business tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite, and Data analytic software.
Special job requirements:
You are willing to work flexible hours including beyond standard work week hours.
You accept traveling to customer sites up to 75% and on intermittent weekends.
Successful applicant must live in Bangkok and be able to travel for training within the region.
You are able to proficiently deliver trainings for a minimum of 30% of Varian products.
You are well versed with product knowledge to support cross functional teams on various occasions (i.e. trade shows, sales support, marketing, testing).
