NOW HIRING: Activities Host @ Pak-Up Hostel Krabi, Thailand
Salary: 25,000 B/month + Incentive (Total Minimum guarantee 30k) + Work Permit + Non-B Visa
1-Year Contract (3 Months Probation)
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Experience Manager (Thai or Foreigner) to lead the fun at Pak-Up Hostel – one of the most social and awarded hostels in Krabi. If you thrive in a buzzing backpacker environment and love creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the MC and run nightly activities and games
- Create, review, and update the day & night activities schedule
- Do room runs to personally invite guests to join events
- Build strong relationships with local tour operators
- Make sure every guest knows what’s happening and when
- Ensure activity signs are updated and visible
- Sell and promote all paid experiences effectively
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies, reporting issues to the manager
Who We’re Looking For:
- A charismatic people-person with strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who is proactive, reliable, and fun
- Fluent in English (Thai a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or events is a bonus
- Available to commit for 1 full year
