About the role - you will:
• Audit and analyze data
• Establish good working relationship with internal and external customers
• Assist internal and external customers in all matters related to their claims
• Maintain improvements of an AR reconciliation process
• Be responsible for the analysis, researching and audit of customers’, specially designed for customers in the AMER region, throughtimely and correct program research and credit matching
• Build productive working relationships internally and externally
• Daily liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and dispute to customer on time
• Develop professional expertise applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues
• Work with customer's reconciliations
• Participate and contribute to Finance special projects
• Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department
• Work with IT on special Account Receivable projects
• Provide ad hoc tasks as per required by Manager
• Reports to the GFS AR Manager – Finance #entrylevel

Your experience includes:
• Knowledge in International Finance Environment
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up)
• Experience working with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA
• Bachelors and/or equivalent experience
