Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented project manager with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce? AnyMind Group is seeking an Account Management Executive to join our team and manage our innovative AI Live Streaming in the Global E-commerce team. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring every AI Live Streaming campaign is executed flawlessly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Act as the key liaison with the production team to manage and maintain the shooting schedule calendar for all brands.
Ensure all livestreaming campaigns launch on time by accurately tracking the production schedule.
Prepare and manage Text-to-Speech (TTS) and scripts for AI livestreaming campaigns.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Proactively manage and optimize client FAQs to improve campaign efficiency.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure new livestream backgrounds are uploaded for each client twice a month.

A professional with at least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management or human/AI live streaming management.
Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage production schedules, content quality, and client reports.
Excels at providing clear updates to clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Able to identify and troubleshoot potential issues, especially with technical aspects like TTS quality, to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Excellent English communication skills
Passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay updated on industry best practices
