Job Description :
- Develop and maintain relationships with local school, institutional, or corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand project needs.
- Identify and acquire new client opportunities in your region.
- Support marketing initiatives and local outreach strategies.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination across time zones and remote workflows.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Report project progress, challenges, and client feedback regularly.
- Coordinate client input on creative materials and ensure approvals are secured on time.
- Help adapt creative assets to local preferences if needed.
- Ensure high satisfaction through timely support and quality deliverables.
- Handle any client issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
Requirements :
- Native or fluent proficiency in English
- communication skills (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years experience in Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a remote/online working context.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace)
