Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, invoices, receipts, and payments for APAC- Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for APAC -Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and issuing invoices.
- Support in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Supporting for Administration of APAC - Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of office equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain HR records such as employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communication.
- Support general office operations to ensure a productive and professional environment.
This is the profile we are looking for
- Thai national
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Business Administration
- 2-3 Years experience in Accounting & Administration
- Proficiency in English & Thai language (speaking & written)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office (Words and excel)
- Have experience and hands-on practice using accounting systems. Knowledge in using Xero software is a advantage
- Willing to learn and proactive in assisting to grow the company in Bangkok
