New Product Implementation CapEx Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1. Leading overall new product activities and knowledge transfer from customer to Cal-Comp's manufacturing. 2. Developing of systems and procedures through all processes and ensuring the objective achievement, i.e cost time frame and quality levels. 3. Supervision and control the operational level of the teams to meet program targets. 4. Prepare budget, verification of Capex and BOM. 5. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks 6. Customer relationship management
คุณสมบัติ 1. Apple experience from China >5 years 2.Knowledge in MS tools 3.Verbal and written communication skills (English, Thai, Chinese) 4. Ability to work under tight timelines 5. Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind 6. Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience 7. Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, communication & presentation skills. 8. Able to work in shifts 9. EE & ME or Business Admin Bachelor Degree 10. >6 years of experiences
