Main responsibilities

According to the supervisor’s work arrangements and instructions, install, relocate, remove, or replace relevant machinery and equipment. Install support systems necessary for the installation of new equipment or for repairing existing equipment in the utility plant.

Maintain, inspect, test, and adjust all physical plant systems, machinery, and equipment (including pressure containers) regularly to detect any potential problems.

Organize, monitor, and direct the installation, removal, relocation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site to ensure that utility equipment functions effectively and meets production needs.

Based on the supervisor’s instructions and production plans, develop stocking levels for raw materials and spare parts. Participate in drafting technical and process improvement plans to ensure the reliability of the utility plant.

Provide advice, instructions, and training to team members, especially new recruits. Record and consolidate attendance and arrange shift schedules.

Prepare monthly reports on utility plant operations. Follow up on energy-saving projects in each department and report progress.

Manage the energy management system, including collecting data on energy consumption. Evaluate energy usage in each plant and production line, and prepare reports in accordance with energy regulations.

Plan, manage, and coordinate with waste disposal suppliers in accordance with the waste management policy for the Bangpakong plant. Ensure that the plant’s waste permits comply with local regulations.

Follow plant policies, procedures, and supervisor directions to maintain safety and housekeeping standards. Report any unsafe working conditions or equipment issues to the supervisor, in line with company EHS guidelines and RC requirements.

Maintain a safe and efficient working environment in accordance with plant safety regulations and company standards, including EHS guidelines, RC requirements, and quality systems such as ISO 9001, EFfCI GMP, Halal, RSPO, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 for energy management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in utility systems.

Proficient in computer applications, with strong English communication and presentation skills.
