Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales team leadership, deep knowledge of player acquisition and retention strategies, and a proven ability to drive revenue through effective team management, performance coaching, and strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents focused on acquiring new players and reactivating lapsed users.
- Set clear performance KPIs and targets for team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute telesales scripts, promotional offers, and call strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Monitor call quality and compliance with company regulations
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions with call activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on team performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve sales efficiency.
Process Improvement
- Optimize workflows, call processes, and technology usage to increase sales productivity.
- Stay up to date on competitor offerings and market trends to keep the team competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales team leadership, preferably in the online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming products.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in sales reporting (Excel and Google Sheets)
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of sales management experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in managing remote sales teams.
