Job Description
- Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (15 - 20 persons).
- Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to consistently achieve target.
- Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well.
- Control and set the KPIs of team member for both quality and quantity.
- Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization.
- Participate in job interviews to select new members.
- Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers.
- Provide reports and present team performances weekly.
Requirement
- Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field.
- 1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis).
- Proficient in Lao (Native), and good at communication (English - B2 Level).
- Has experience with team management is an added advantage.
- Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends.
- Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Shift work: 8hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.
- Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
