Job Responsibilities:
1、BOI Tax Expertise
- 3-5 years of tax experience in BOI-recognized manufacturing enterprises in Thailand.
- Proficient in BOI tax incentives (e.g., income tax exemptions, VAT reductions) and declaration processes, applying policies to optimize tax savings.
2、Tax Compliance Management
- Execute Thailand corporate income tax (CIT), VAT, withholding tax, and other tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations and utilize local tax software (e.g., Tax4U, DGT systems).
3、Cross-Border Tax Coordination
- Familiar with Chinese corporate financial systems and PRC-TH tax treaty.
- Resolve cross-border tax issues (e.g., transfer pricing, permanent establishment risks).
4、 Risk Mitigation
- Identify tax risks (e.g., non-compliance, audit triggers) and implement corrective actions.
5、Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with finance, legal, and business teams; coordinate with Thai tax authorities.
6、 Problem-Solving & Leadership
- Analyze complex tax scenarios and propose actionable solutions.
- Lead audits/inspections and mentor junior team members.
7、Operational Excellence
- Maintain accuracy in tax filings and meet deadlines under pressure.
Requirements:
1、Language : Native Thai speaker; fluent in English/Chinese (written/spoken).
2、 Technical Skills :
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
- SAP/Kingdee ERP systems and Thai tax software (e.g., Tax4U).
- Certifications : CPA Thailand/ACCA preferred.
3、 Experience :
- 3-5 years in BOI manufacturing tax roles.
- Cross-border tax experience (China-TH) is advantageous.
