HybridWhat you will do
As a core responsibility of the Supply Planning BPO, he/she will design and implement planning processes to maximize Product Availability, inventory levels and cost. To do so, the new BPO will lead change management across Supply Planning functions to deliver capabilities enhancements on people, skills, and processes. This person will also lead and participate on multidisciplinary strategic Supply Chain projects. Such as the implementation of digital capabilities with focus on Supply Planning, as well as the design of Planning Processes for new Supply Networks in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Planning Teams, Deliver and Make organizations to implement strategic initiatives that are aligned Supply Chain priorities, and ensure timely delivery of improvements for base business.
As part of Plan Transformation group, he/she will lead activities to ensure consistency and compliance between process design and actual processes focusing on Supply Planning Processes. Wil identify gaps in processes, systems, and capability and implement improvements.
Lead planning capability building activities regionally, develop training and certification programs and deploy them.
Lead team of SME’s to improve processes and results in supply planning, and develop an ongoing communication plan representing the SMEs across the geographies in APAC
Partner with related functions, such as finance, manufacturing, distribution, and IT, to ensure efficient and integrated business processes and an end to end approach
Represent the region in global process teams, ensure alignment of regional model to global model, participate in development of global initiatives, and support implementation throughout the region
Participate as team leader or team member in regional projects, strategic initiatives and technology innovation projects to improve processes, systems, and results throughout the region. Examples of projects include: OMP or other ERP modules, Smart Ops, Inventory optimization programs, etc.
Evaluate new processes and technologies and determine if relevant for the region. And support to shape requirements for the region on technical solutions.
Assemble data, analyze performance, identify issues and opportunities, and develop recommendations.
Report process performance and analyze to identify improvement areas
Analyze and report KPI results for the region, identify opportunities for improvements in the countries and across the region, benchmark results internally and externally and develop action plans to improve.
Drive continuous improvement of business processes and systems, related reports and metrics.
Lead implementation of improvements using project management methodologies
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience: minimum 7 years work experience in Supply
On the job experience on multiple Planning Processes (Supply and Demand) is preferred.
Experience on Planning Excellence and development of planning processes and tools are preferred.
Strong project management experience, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
Strong collaborative leadership skills (strategic & tactical), able to negotiate, influence, align, and prioritize
Strong multi-cultural communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong management experience, coaching and developing individuals, leading teams
Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (Supply Chain), engineering or IT-related.
Experience with APO, SAP ERP systems, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools
