Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled business and data analysts to achieve their full potential.
- Assign responsibilities, set clear goals, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with project timelines.
- Organize regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Business & Data Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze consumer feedback and quality data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and emerging trends.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to elevate product performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive data-based decisions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and help implement solutions based on data and customer insights.
- Document analysis methodologies, tools, and outcomes to ensure transparency and repeatability.
AI Utilization & Innovation
- Explore and lead initiatives to leverage AI in analyzing consumer feedback and quality metrics.
- Act as a project lead in the development of AI-powered platforms by working closely with manufacturing technology and digital innovation teams.
- Champion the use of AI tools to optimize data interpretation and enhance operational efficiency.
Project Management
- Drive and oversee end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects and initiatives, with a focus on consumer quality.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
