We are seeking a Strategic Planner Executive with expertise in Strategic Planning to shape and execute creative digital marketing strategies that drive results.
What You'll Do
- Clarify and analyze briefs handed by AE in order to understand business challenges, and goals in order to develop the proposal that serves the objectives of the client
- Responsible for Strategic Planning and/or Media Planning, depending on the requirements of each campaign
- Research, Analyze, and Make use of consumer insights and market landscape related to the brief provided by clients ensuring all executions idea align with strategy
- Familiar with digital communication strategy, online media strategy
- Develop compelling presentation slides and present them to internal teams and clients
- Plan the use and allocation of the online media budget in order to estimate the most impactful media KPI
- Work with AE, Creative planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to develop and deliver the proposals
- Attend the meeting with clients to present the strategy and give insightful consultations
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- 1 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning or related field
- Understanding of digital landscape and key measurement metric and able to suggest tracking mechanism to ensure business result of each proposal
- Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST
- Understanding measurement metrics for different type of campaign
- Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights
- Able to work well under pressure and a tight schedule
- Good communication skill in Thai and English is a plus
Where Are Challenges
- Measuring ROI in Influencer Marketing: Developing robust methodologies to effectively measure and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Work Cross-Team: collaborating with internal teams such as Business Development, Influencer Management, Media Planning, Ads Optimization, Creative, and others
- Tight Deadlines: Working in the influencer marketing business demands speed and efficiency due to tight, pressing deadlines. You'll need to maximize your abilities to deliver the most effective results as quickly as possible.
- Communications Plan and Influencer Marketing Plan: This role doesn't just focus on Communications Plans; it also requires developing an Influencer Marketing Plan. This means you need to have knowledge and passion for influencer marketing and be highly engaged on social media.
