Key objectives:
- Perform daily operational and administrative tasks across the Innovation Team.
- Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, document management, and system entries.
- Provide logistical and communication support to the Innovation team.

- Organize team calendars, workshop schedules, and internal meetings.
- Support documentation for NDAs, contracts, and internal reports.
- Input and update project and partner data into internal systems/platforms.
- Assist in preparing slide decks, reports, and records.
- Coordinate logistics for innovation workshops, summits, or partner visits.
- Assist in crafting email communications or internal announcements.
- Maintain shared folders, naming protocols, and access rights for key documents.
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of innovation files.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business adminsistration or relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in administrative or operations role
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS office,
- Good interpersonal and Communication, both written & Verbal
