Job Title: Site SHE Coordinator (1 year contract)
Location: Thailand
Job purpose:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SHE policies and procedures in accordance with Unilever standards and applicable laws.
- Conduct SHE on-site inspections and audit across the area (offices, events, shuttle buses, warehouses and logistics) to identify hazards and ensure safe practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all SHE applicable law and Unilever standard, Identify non-compliance issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver SHE training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence, promote a strong safety culture throughout the site.
- Develop and design SHE communications such as posters, infographics, and videos to promote awareness across to the site.
- Report and analyze on relevant SHE performance such as incidents, near misses, audit, investigation and report current issues for regional/global organizations.
- Support the SHE team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth documentation, reporting, and coordination of SHE activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Having 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety management system.
- Active, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams and team working.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office. (experience Power BI is a plus)
- Proficient in using media tools such as Canva and Adobe is a plus.
- Good communication in written and spoken English and Thai.
- Ability to travel regularly across sites.
