Report to: Human Resources Development and Recruitment Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including evaluating recruitment channels, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the hiring process.
- Administer recruitment platforms such as Teamtailor and job boards.
- Oversee and execute onboarding programs, ensuring all requirements and checklists are completed with quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-the-job training in collaboration with people managers, ensuring its completion with quality and within the set timeline.
- Support the planning and implementation of the annual training plan.
- Organize and coordinate training programs and development activities in collaboration with people managers, ensuring alignment with business and employee development needs.
- Assist in implementing OD initiatives, such as team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and organizational culture enhancement efforts.
- Manage internal communication platforms, including Viva Engage, Line OA, the Intranet, and physical bulletin boards.
- Administer and coordinate HR projects, including both country-specific and regional initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation, including employee-related HR documentation, in compliance with Quality Management Systems and company standards and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor registration, PR-PO processes, invoices, and payments.
- Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, Plant HR, and Regional Teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Department of Skill Development by preparing and submitting required documentation.
- Consolidate and maintain accurate employee training records, ensuring timely updates and completion on a monthly basis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and practices by applying a LEAN mindset.
- Contribute to streamlining HR operations, reducing inefficiencies, and improving overall effectiveness.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and compliance requirements under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships and effectively communicate across all levels.
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: A quick learner, flexible, versatile, and eager to adapt to new situations, unexpected changes, or evolving demands.
- Critical thinking to address HR issues, proactively identifies opportunities for process enhancement.
- High Integrity & Professionalism: Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains the highest ethical standards.
- Demonstrating high accountability and self-motivation. A self-starter who takes ownership, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively with little oversight.
Experience:
- Extensive HR Experience: Minimum 8 years in HRM/HRD, with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development.
- Proven experience working in companies with affiliates and collaborating with regional teams.
