Job Description
Are you a skilled technician with leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for a Shift Lead Technician to oversee and support our technical team during shift operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task.
- Lead and support a team of utility technicians during assigned shifts.
- Conduct shift change briefings and maintain accurate reports and work orders.
- Perform hands-on technical work on Utility system and support Energy saving as required. (Electric, Water, Gas, Compressed Air, Steam)
- Perform hands-on technical work on Security, Fire protection and prevention systems as required. (Fire pump, Generator, CCTV, Intrusion, Fire alarm, Fire sprinkler)
- Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Diploma High Vocational Certificate in a relevant field such as:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Utilities Technology
Certification:
- Boiler Operation
- Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Nitrogen (N₂)
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation (WWTP)
- Electrical Systems (Building Level-1)
Experience in similar position or respective experience within company, Steam boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Cooling, Pumps, HVAC, Power and electrical distribution, CCTV and intrusion, Fire alarms, Fire pump, Generator systems operation and maintenance experience
Experience in a lead or supervisory role, or in a related task.
