Provides analytic support on the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work with 3PL to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods and VAS.
- Experience in Warehouse functions, Import-Export.
- Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, KAIZEN etc.) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.
- Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggest actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and improve processes, control quality, EHS, and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.
- Good command in writing and speaking English / Computer literate.
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse & logistics.
- Detail oriented, willing to learn, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors or third-party logistics providers is a plus.
- Computer literacy in MS office, Power BI, App sheet etc.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Can be working in Samutprakarn Area (Bangna-Trad KM 22)
- Experience with SAP or related ERP systems will be an advantage.
