Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI agent driven Kubernetes management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
- Come up with concepts while also creating wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, especially utilizing AI while applying them to improve the product.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes.
- Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs and prototypes with apps like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor or similar.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus.
- Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools or dashboards for developers and technical users.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation to enhance user interactions.
