Overview of the role 

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be leading the product development at Sertis, tasked with shaping and executing the product vision and strategy from the ground up by applying our IPs. Working closely with the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will bridge business strategy with product development, ensuring our innovative AI and data solutions deliver maximum value to our clients. This pivotal role requires a strong focus on business strategy, market understanding, and commercialization, making you the driving force behind our product success.

In this role, you will :

• Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with Sertis’ business objectives.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

• Establish product-market fit through strategic analysis and develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and optimization, ensuring timely and impactful product releases.

• Partner closely with the CEO, CCO, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable product priorities.

• Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions, track key metrics, and continuously improve product performance.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product commercialization and client adoption.

• Foster user engagement and build a strong community around Sertis’ AI and data products.

• Help create a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

You’ll be successful if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is also good to have.

• at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on business-oriented product roles in AI, data, or technology industries. Having end-to-end experience building a product to fit market

• A proven track record of taking products from concept to market, achieving product-market fit, and driving business outcomes such as revenue growth and customer acquisition.

• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and commercial strategies for tech products.

• Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive teams, technical teams, and external partners.

• Experience working with clients to define needs and ensure product alignment with market demands.

• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to decision-making.

• Knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and customer experience best practices.
