All about the role:
EluxOne is Electrolux Group’s strategic ERP Solution leveraging SAP and connected applications such as ECC, BW, OTM, IBP, Ariba and Open Text etc. which are currently in use in Electrolux Business Units operating in the EMEA, Latin America & North America regions and APAC. PoM (Peace of Mind) is a dedicated function of Electrolux responsible for managing the after-sales processes, including spare parts sales and services.

The SAP PoM Senior IT Lead / Manager will collaborate closely with APMEA business partners and be responsible for the design and solution of key areas of SAP PoM (Peace of Mind). Additionally, close collaboration will be required with IT SMEs, and Global Solution Architects.
This is a critical role with strong and deep cross functional knowledge in SAP. The position demands strong hands-on SAP techno-functional skills, excellent communication and business partnering skills to effectively engage with key business stakeholders.
Additionally, the candidate must have good understanding of Spare parts commercial business processes, possess excellent communication skills to be able to interact with counterparts within business as well as the IT Team.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and evaluate existing business and system processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Spare Parts Sales and Service solutions across the APMEA regions, ensuring alignment with regional business requirements and global standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics, and others, to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process optimization.
Oversee and coordinate vendor and external partner resources, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions while maintaining adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
Who are you:
Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support across key business areas including spare parts planning, sales, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operational reporting.
Proficiency in SAP SD and MM, with core experience in Spare Parts Management; familiarity with SAP gATP is a plus.
Ability to support and configure Warehouse Management/EWM; hands-on experience with SAP EWM is highly desirable and may be a key differentiator.
Skilled in collaborating with technical teams to design interfaces with legacy systems. Basic knowledge of ABAP is an asset.
Solid understanding of master data setup in ECC and EWM environments.
Experience working with BI/BW teams to enable effective business and management reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with global solutions.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to resolve process bottlenecks efficiently.
Hiring level will strictly be based on experience and skills.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.TECH) or Master of Computer Applications
Master of Business Administration / Post Graduation in Operations/SCM is preferred
Minimum of 12-15 years of solid hands-on experience in SAP
3 years as a Lead consultant covering functional design, implementation, and integrations
Minimum 2 lifecycle implementation of SAP ECC with exposure of template rollout projects
Excellent communication skills
Experience for added advantage
Experience/knowledge of SAP EWM/APO
Experience/knowledge of Demand Planning process
Worked with Service Now for Incident Management, Project management
