JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A: Security Administrative Officer
You'll be the backbone of our Security Department, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes! As a Security Administrator, you'll manage critical documentation, coordinate vital processes, and provide essential support that keeps our security operations efficient and compliant.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Document & Report Management: Accurately record security documents and generate necessary reports.
Roster & Training Administration: Maintain monthly security rosters and manage training records, including scheduling due dates.
New Staff Onboarding: Oversee all document processes for new security personnel.
Airport Pass Facilitation: Ensure compliance with airport rules while facilitating security passes for new staff and rental cars.
Procurement & Budgeting: Purchase and arrange department items, keeping within the allocated budget.
Travel Coordination: Arrange flights and accommodations for security leadership and staff for duties, training, or meetings.
System Adaptation & Support: Help staff learn and implement new company systems within the department.
Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal departments, outstations, and overseas security personnel.
Allowance Management: Arrange productivity allowances for all staff members.
Leadership Support: Provide essential assistance to the Head of Security and other security leadership as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
You bring more than 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerk-related position. Previous experience in the airline industry will be a significant advantage.
You're proficient in both written and verbal communication.
You have basic knowledge of computer operations, specifically Google Suite (Google Docs & Sheets).
You are fluent in Thai and have a good command of the English language.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You've demonstrated an ability to learn quickly and adapt to working within a security environment.
