How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive profitable business growth strategies to achieve business goals/targets.
  • Analyze data with a thorough understanding of key market/segment needs and requirements to initiate business and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and ensure team identifies new business opportunities, initiates a strong sales pipeline, turns prospects into customers, and develops good long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Sales Executives to develop a competent sales team.
  • Work closely with Country Manager, Retail sales manager, marketing team, supply chain teams, and support function teams to drive key initiatives and leverage the association.


Responsibilities Include

  • Summarize reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information into reports.


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, but preferably in Business Administration or Marketing re related field
  • At least 6+ years sales experience and team management experience in sales
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate, active, customer-focused, result-oriented, learning mindset, team-player
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
  • Computer literacy i.e. MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
