The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for IC product portfolio. This role involves managing a sales team, developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager acts as a bridge between the company and healthcare organization, ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions and services.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, and healthcare organization.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in selling medical equipment, preferably sterilization and washer machines.
- Strong network within the healthcare industry (hospitals and procurement departments).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
