Fastship is looking for a driven Sales Executive for our Partnership and Channel program to support our B2B sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the international e-commerce and logistics space. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will engage prospects through outreach, deliver tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals. What you will handle:
- Work closely with the business development manager to achieve new B2B sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct product/service presentations, client meetings, and solution proposals tailored to each business's needs.
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline of qualified prospects through the entire sales cycle.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure smooth customer onboarding, experience and high satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or equivalent roles
- Experience in related industries is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and B2B business behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient level of English communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with working and CRM tools, such as Zoho, Notion, Google Workspace
- Knowledge and experience with international trade, eCommerce platforms, or supply chain solutions is a plus
- Able to commute to work at Fastship head office Cheangwattana 14
