1. Plan sales strategies and communications across the company's online channels (Lazada, Shopee, Line@, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
2. Plan promotions and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
3. Manage sales volumes in accordance with brand agreements.
4. Find new brands for distribution.
5. Maintain the image of the Marketplace store and products in line with the brand strategy.
6. Manage the online sales team and coach them to ensure efficient operations.
7. Maintain the team's service level and customer chat response time to meet the established targets.
