Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Bangkok are located along the Chao Phraya River, one of the world’s most famous urban waterways, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River is part of a dynamic new riverside development that includes 299 guest rooms and suites, vibrant restaurants and bars, as well as a 73-storey tower with 366 private residences. What You Will Be Responsible For

Essential functions for the position includes but not limited to the followings:

- The ability to assume responsibility for the execution of the Reservation Department’s policies and procedures and manage the daily operation.

- The ability to maintain reservation standards including replying email and response call.

- The ability to conduct standards testing including call observation as well as providing a constructive feedback timely.

- The ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment and ability to handle stress properly.

- The ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests and employees.

- Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are raised, monitored, and followed up on a timely basis.

- The ability to schedule staff according to budget guidelines, while ensuring maximum level service to guests.

- The ability to complete all necessary payroll records.

- The ability to manage the reservations staff incentive program and compile/publish monthly results by agent.

- The ability to monitor no show collection with Front Office and Accounting departments.

- The ability to handle and maintain accurate records on pick-up, cancellations, no-shows, and sources of reservations.

- The ability to ensure all reservations staff /WRO staff are familiar with all guest rooms, selling techniques, hotel facilities, services, hours of operation, key personnel, special activities, functions in the hotel and to ensure proper follow-up on all special guest requests.

- The ability to enforce the established room and rate availability guidelines in order to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- The ability to control all reservations of special attention guests (VIPs, returning guest ) in conjunction with the Front Office Manager and ensure special handling has been taken place properly.

- The ability to create and maintain individual rate codes for each negotiated account as established by the Sales Department.

- The ability to handle guest complaints keeping senior management well informed of any problems and action taken.

- The ability to maintain favorable working relationships among employees to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency.

- The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. The ability to conduct regular Reservations Departmental Meetings.

- The ability to coordinate and assist in an annual Reservations Training Program.

- The ability to work with the Sales Department in handling group bookings, maintaining files, tracing cut off dates, following up on special instructions, etc. - The ability to complete any project assigned by management.

- The ability to comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with team members.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of reservation. The candidates must have a strong leadership skill, good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management, good computer and effective communication skills.  In addition, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and able to lead/supervise all the team members in Reservation Operation. Additionally, the candidates must be able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.

Preferably possess some experiences in reservations or sales, especially with Four Seasons or any other luxury environment organizations.

Must hold the legal right to work in Thailand.  Effective Communication skills in both speaking and writing English and Thai is required.
