Regional Head of Strategy & Operations

As the Head of Strategy & Operations, Creator Growth, you’ll lead the strategic direction, AI transformation, and operational excellence of one of AnyMind’s fastest-growing functions. Overseeing a high-performing team across the region, you’ll drive innovation, optimize performance, and scale high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the creator economy. What You'll Do

• Drive Strategy & Execution: Define and lead the long-term strategic roadmap for the Creator Growth function, ensuring alignment with global AnyMind's goals.
• Lead AI Transformation: Spearhead AI-first operations and platform innovation, enhancing creator value, productivity, and competitiveness.
• Build Scalable Systems: Design and optimize operational frameworks, KPIs, and processes that power cross-border growth and operational excellence.
• Lead a Regional Team: Manage and inspire a diverse organization of senior managers, analysts, and operators—instilling a culture of agility, ownership, and innovation.
• Run Strategic Projects: Lead critical initiatives and special projects that unlock new revenue, address market risks, and drive transformational impact.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Proven experience in strategy or operations, and leadership roles, ideally in tech, consulting, digital media, or the creator economy.
• Proven success leading large, complex teams and executing cross-functional business strategies at regional or global scale.
• Deep understanding of P&L ownership, operational efficiency, and market dynamics in fast-evolving digital industries.
• Strong track record in leading AI/digital transformation initiatives and applying data-driven solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills—with the executive presence to represent the company externally.
