QC Inspectors are responsible for Corporate Quality Management activities supporting Area and Project Quality personnel in Quality planning, Auditing, Assessments, Performance Measurement and Reporting, providing support to Project Quality personnel in the deployment of Quality Systems and Tools, Root Cause Analysis and tracking of corrective and preventive actions.

Overview:
The QC Inspector is responsible for implementation of Quality activities within the area of Quality Planning, Performance Measurement, Quality Assessments, Quality Surveillance, 4715Non-conformances, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective/ Preventive Actions, Continual Improvement, and Area / Project Quality Support. Reports directly to the Director Quality and regularly interfaces with Corporate and Area Functional Leads, Area Welding & QA Managers, Area Quality Managers, in addition to Project / Fabrication Shop Quality Managers.
QC Inspectors are responsible for Corporate Quality Management activities supporting Area and Project Quality personnel in Quality planning, Auditing, Assessments, Performance Measurement and Reporting, providing support to Project Quality personnel in the deployment of Quality Systems and Tools, Root Cause Analysis and tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement templates for area KPIs, Audit plans, Non-Conformance and Corrective Action logs as per the Management System (CMS)
- Coordinating and collecting area performance data and compile corporate Quality performance reports
- Managing the area audit plans and follow-up audit completion
- Maintaining Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions tracking
- Providing QIMS status reports for tracking of NCR’s, CAR’s, Audit Findings, etc.
- Coordinating with Area and Project personnel for the implementation of Lessons Learned and Welder Management applications including expediting and follow-up for timely closeout actions
- Acting as a backup for CB&I Storage Solutions Management System (CMS) Gate Keeper
- Ensuring CMS documents are revised in a timely manner to incorporate Lessons Learned best practices
- Reviewing monthly KPI information to enable trending and tracking of quality performance
- Acting as a focal point for developing and maintaining work process maps in collaboration with corporate functional leads
- Performing quality assessments and surveillances based on established checklists.
- Supporting the Director Quality in facilitating Corporate Quality Objectives
- Assisting in the Quality Management training needs of Offices, Projects and Facilities
- Creating and developing presentations to support training, performance trending and analysis
- 3+ years of Company/Industry experience, out of which 2-5 years should be in the relevant discipline.
- 3-4 year University degree
- Knowledge of CB&I products and markets
- Proactively identifies and solves the complex problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skill, both written and verbal
- Ability to work and build credibility across the business
