Responsibility
- Prepare and review related documents to be accurate, process in time and follow ISO regulation accordingly.
- Keep files and data up to date in system with high accuracy and completion.
- Provide information to the section concerned
- Control and monitor goods delivery by coordinating with agencies
- Inspect goods received if the product meet requirement, in good condition and on time.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate data
Requirements
- Bachelor degree graduated in related field
- 3-5 years of direct working experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in SAP system and Excel (formula) is preferred
