This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Job Description
- Project management of HmjP-internal industrialization activities (e.g. release of new variants).
- Organize ordering of manufacturing equipment.
- Management of installation schedule, cost tracking and resource management.
- Organize of MAE-release by following MP-206.01, Machine/Process capability, Safety, Ergonomics.
- Coordination of EWAK-capacity during project-phase.
- Training planning for the project.
- Support in running relocation and industrialization projects.
- Close contact with the leadplants and implementing in the local organization.
- Support of internal improvement or special project which is defined by department (e.g. System CIP).
- Support assigned tasks by manager (group organisation, longterm-planning, analysis).
Qualifications
Education Background:
- Bachelor/master's degree with Engineering background or related field.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in series production > 1 year.
- Basic knowledge of IATF and ISO-standards and a strong quality mindset.
- Know-how and interest in various analytical applications.
- Result Orientation: Well organized.
