What you'll do:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers (either larger than previous level and/or more complex production process) to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, waste and quality standards.
In detail, you will:
Plan and implement the production capacities plan and headcount plan to achieve customer requirement
Confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production process
Establish and manage the Section’s Action Plan to achieve Department’s Roles and Objectives
Manage the routine processes following to functions and processes of Department and ensure that all functions and processes shall be complied with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management System
Implement EMS (Lean) tools/standard: 5D, TPM, SMED, etc. in own product line
Verify and audit working processes against the standard both ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and EMS (Lean) system
Manage all changes in Section in case of new product, design change or others to ensure that the change shall be done properly
Confer with design team concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
Ensure the abnormal condition of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Occupational Health and Environmental Issue are properly managed
Analyze the production process/result to define opportunities to improve and set up the continuous improvement project
Investigate all accidents occurring, discover the root causes and eliminate them to prevent reoccurrence
Set up the training need and development plan for each team member/level to ensure team member have enough skills and competency
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively engaging and motivating team members
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standards by managing employee conduct, addressing disciplinary issues promptly, and promoting a respectful and productive work environment

Qualifications:
University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
5+ years of experience in Production management or people leader from international manufacturing environment, preferably from the appliances industry
Able to work in a shift rotation, including day & night shifts, and on Saturday
